We provide NDIS participants with the ability to personalise their supports specific to their overall needs.

With the assistance of our support workers, we ensure that the services provided by us are personal, determined and structured to support participants daily needs including household tasks, striving to enable participants to achieve not only their daily goals but overall life goals. Some of these services include but are not limited to;

• assistance showering
• assistance getting into and out of bed
• help with dressing and personal grooming
• help with toileting
• wound management and changing of dressings

As a NDIS service provider, we strongly believe that everyone in society has the right to self-determination.

Our job is to ensure that all participants aren’t exempt from this right and cater to uphold the rights of participants in everyday life. At S&N Disability Services we strive to achieve this by assisting you with daily tasks and holistic personal care

We also offer cleaning and gardening services helping you to keep your home neat and tidy. Our support workers will ensure that you remain safe within your home by removing any obstacles, preventing dirt and grime and making sure you have clean clothes to wear.

Cleaning and gardening services are:

• Vacuuming
• Laundering clothes and hanging out washing
• Washing dishes
• Mowing the lawns
• Pruning
• Maintaining garden paths

• Window cleaning

• Dusting
